It is completely lined in a soft microfiber - even the underbust elastic is lined, which is rare - so it's incredibly smooth and comfortable. It has excellent support, and I'm a 38DD. I don't wear underwires (sorry, but I've got one life to live and it doesn't include underwires) and this is my go-to bra.
