First of all, there is no release in the crotch, so had to almost undress at work to go to the bathroom. I just took the thing off the first time I had to go. Second, one of the straps that holds onto the bra kept coming loose. This design is good for shaping the waist and torso, but not the best for helping to hide back fat, just keep that in mind when you make your decision. I was disappointed, especially for the price. There are better choices for less.
