    I have saline breast implants and had an incident causing one of the implants to leak. But, it would be weeks before I was able to have surgery to repair it. Until thar time these were lifesavers allowing me to appear even on both sides! I could not have survived the ordeal without them.

    This product was initially satisfactory but after repeated wearing the silicone pads become misshapen and lumpy at the point where they rested under my breasts. I continue to use them but I am shopping for a different product.
