Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. To ensure credit, please make sure that all items are in completely saleable condition with all garment tags fully intact. Worn or washed items will not be accepted. You will receive credit for the merchandise value of your purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a credit card was used on the original purchase we will credit the same card unless you specify otherwise. If a check or money order was used, we will issue a refund check within seven days of receipt of your return.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. However, we do not charge you any shipping charge to ship back out to you your first exchange request. Lady Grace also reserves the right to charge a $10.00 per item restocking fee on items returned that are in non-compliance with our return requirements.
Returns can be made to us by either of the the following options.
Option A - Pre-Addressed Label
When using this prepaid label,we will deduct $5.95 from the value of your return. Simply peel off the merchandise label from the back of your invoice and either place it securely over teh address label on your original package or affix it to your new packaging. Drop the package in any nearby mailbox or give to your postal carrier. (Note that this label cannot be used outside the USA.)
Option B - Return On Your Own
You can make your return directly using the USPS, UPS, or any other carrier. We strongly recommend that you insure the package as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If using this option, please make sure that you do not ship the package to the address used on the prepaid label but instead ship it directly to our main corporate address at: Lady Grace Stores, 5 Commonwealth Ave, Unit 1, Woburn, MA 01801
