- Monday, November 26, 2007 Great minimizer with natural look Reviewed By: Rachael (Gainesville, FL) For reference, I am 5'2'', 135 lbs, wear a 34E/DDD cup. This is one of the few minimizers I have found that 1) is very comfortable (wide straps and 4 hooks are nice) 2) gives *great*, perky support (most of the bra doesn't have stretch to it, so you won't experience bouncing and loss of elasticity) 3) does not flatten and widen the chest. Most minimizers don't really minimize, they just broaden the bosom so it is wider, but appears flatter. This minimizer has an interesting cup design such that the peripheral areas of the breast are compressed while the center of the breast protrudes from the cup and maintains a natural shape. That is the only way I can describe how this bra works. It truly makes your breast appear to be yours, just a smaller model (it truly does bring you down a cup size in my experience). My *single* complaint is that when it first arrives, the stitching around the tops of the cups makes the skin on my chest itch a tiny bit, but this seems to go away with time. I have *extremely* sensitive, inflammatory skin, though, so I suspect this will not be a problem for most people. This minimizer rivals the old wacoals I usually buy (for 1/3 the cost). I may just be converted to bali.

The problem is that they do not hold up well after a few washings. The underwire comes through the fabric and begins to work its way out, and the nylon section along the top front very often begins to run, causing the breast to bubble through that area. If they made this bra sturdier, I would say it is the best there is.
