This bra is both. I don't have the pain in my shoulders anymore, and my friends tell me I look better when wearing them. I have 7 of them, don't wear any other bra now.  -  Saturday, July 26, 2008 Supportive Reviewed By: Kellie (Scranton, PA) I recently tried the Glamorise Magic Lift front hook bra so I thought I'd try this.The front hook was difficult because my boobs are huge and got in the way when I tried to fasten the bra. This bra is excellent! Perfect support for my fuller figure. I am a big woman and wear a 46H. This bra gave great projection and lift. The bra is well padded and comfortable. I also have problems with see through because my nipples are larger and the material in the cups hides my nipples almost completely. Best of all, my boobs don't bounce! Being so large and heavy, it is difficult to find a bra that will support and stop them from bouncing when I walk. This bra does both, I think I will stick with it! Great lift and comfort. The foam linning in the cups gives my bust great shape. The comfort is unbeatable. The only thing that is hard to get used to is having my busts projected so far forward.
