I disagree with the other reviewers who say this isn't good for large sizes. I am a 42 D and this is the most comfortable bra I have had in 10 years. Every bra fitting person sells me some uncomfortable contraption that binds, pokes and scratches and has a ton of wires and just makes me look like I have two big torpedos! I tried minimizer bras but felt like I could not breath. When I have asked bra sales people for a "no wire, no closure, pull-over light fabric bra" they take one look at me and say "you can't wear those - they won't support you" then I ask again and they say "Sorry but we don't have anything like that in your size" and I just go home frustrated. So NOW...I found it! Finallly! I ordered one to try on, have had it on two full days without wanting to rip it off half way through my work day and I just ordered 4 more.

I have had three of them so far and I plan to continue with it. One draw back, it is not for the larger sized women.

I'd wear it even without having had a mastectomy, but with this bra, I don't need to wear a partial form to fill out one cup. It's very soft and comfortable. I'm 36C, and find the support to be fine.
