I have been using for over 4 years, and have gone through several of them (they don't last THAT long with frequent washing). I am a plus-sized girl, and you won't catch me in a skirt without this girdle! It keeps your legs from rubbing, and the light boning helps to keep it up (I have tried others without boning and they were terrible!) This helps to flatten your waist, and helps any snug skirts or pants to fit much better. Not great for underneath pants, but you can probably get away with it if you buy a larger size so that the bottom of the legs don't make a "roll" on your skin.

One of the Lady Grace asscoiates recommended I try this Girdle. What a difference, no more buldges and bumps-I looked great! She also suggested a Goddess Lace strapless bra to complete my outfit-great fit and support!
