I turned around to look at my back, perfectly smooth. I haven't seen it like that in a LONG time, that's from someone who has tried many other garments that claim to 'smooth' (sorry Avenue body and Lane Bryant Cacique!). The boning on this one, I think, makes all the difference. When you wear it, it definitely makes you think more about shoulder posture, which is a plus for me while I am driving! Love this thing.
