The plus style has seamed cup with a double fabric side panel for extra support. The Double Plus style features the double fabric panel with wider straps and 2 snap closures for maximum support. I am a plus-size nursing mom and it has been very difficult to find nursing bras that fit, are comfortable, and provide good support. This bra does all three. In addition, it is even comfortable enough to wear at night. I would definitely recommend this bra, especially to women who are well-endowed.
