You can wear a brief style under most anything, but may want a panty style for under clothing that hugs your thighs for a smoother line.

How do I order an all-in-one?
You start with your bra size, keeping in mind your body type. If you have a large hip development, you probably will need to go up one band size to get the proper fit.

All-in-ones usually do not fit me well, what is my alternative?
You can try wearing a longline bra and a control bottom. This allows you more flexibility to choose your level of bra support and level of control for your bottom.

How do I care for my shapewear?
We recommend machine wash, in cold or warm water, hang dry after every use. Never machine dry your shapewear, it breaks down the elastics! We recommend our Forever New fabric wash, it is gentle on elastics.
